Phi Psi is a really strong fraternity in terms of reputation year after year and is a top (and sometimes people say best house) at uofm. However I am convinced that after two years of "par level" pledge classes before and then this year's dud pledge class, they are no better than fiji, ox, pike, and sae (well maybe sae). Sure, you can party at their junior house without regulations, that is really cool.. whatever works for you. "Fake it till you make it" that's the motto of PKP.
