Chill group of dudes, house is on the smaller side but they still throw down hard. Very tight brotherhood, good pregame partners and they don't try to be anything their not. Great fraternity.

What the hell are you all talking about? Phi did not have 17 girls drop this year, I know the entire pc basically and as far as I know 2 girls dropped and it was within the first week of joining. Phi is great, kappa and phi are absolutely known as the two top on campus right now, tri delt has slipped below them in mine and many other fraternity brothers opinions.

Nice girls, they joke that they're like a frat. Rowdy, sloppy, manly, and all around unclassy. They party really hard and have a good time. Girls are "chill" but the guys get sick of them real quick once they've run through them all...

High mid tier guys. Known as "tier 3" along with houses like Sammy and sig ep but i think they are closest to being tier 2 of any of those 3. Gonna be interesting to see what comes of them next year with losing their house and not being recognized by nationals or the school.
