Not a terrible frat, but not top by any means. They definitely think they're better than they are just because of their house, and they're not really nice guys either. I could see them getting better in 2-3 years but they need to lose the attitude to get respect from other fraternities. Lowest of the middle tier I'd say.

I have met a few of these girls. A girl down the hall is PC12 and she is so nice! I think that this would be the place to pledge if I hadn't decided to major in engineering (ugh)! I wish these guys the best and hope to get to hang out with them.
