haha location of sororities don't matter. Honestly if I was AGD I'd keep their nicer house. It's just a waste to have a sorority on state street (especially shady's house) because you cant party there. Way to ruin freshman geed's fun...

Realistically this is undoubtedly a top-tier fraternity, but probably won't be in a few years. Their past few pledge classes have been subpar to say the least, and being out of IFC and hence no pregame partners is going to hurt. Still one of the top 3, but mostly because of tradition.
