A really chill bunch of guys, with a great house at a good location. Pretty much the only frat I would consider rushing. They've thrown some fun as hell parties, although there's room for improvement in that area.

Great group of guys--really the only thing that matters, right? They party hard, though not very often, have a good pregame in a good location and a really nice chapter house. Overall the fraternity is on the rise due to pulling in a small, but quality pledge class this year. I've met all of them, and outside 1, they're all nice guys who like to have fun. Not the best house, but they don't try to be. Definitely should be middle tier.
