Bottom mid tier, but have a lot of potential to move up in the next couple of years with their new house (ZBT's old house) and a solid pledge class. Are only a few pledge classes and some new leadership away from being at the top of mid tier

I've been to a few of their parties, cool guys. Not much bad things to say except that their house is a little isolated from the main fraternities. The beer pong table is sweet, and the dance floor is awesome -definitely deserves to have more people on it. The brothers are always joking around and seem to have a good relationship. I heard they have a big pledge class as well, hopefully that'll draw more girls than there are usually. Also went on their slip n slide once when it was warm, real fun
