I did not rush all four years of college at Georgetown, but if I would have, I would definitely pick Sigma Kappa. Sigma Kappa has extremely genuine girls who look out for each other. The one thing I have noticed about them is that they always present themselves as they are - unlike other sororities on campus. What you see is what you get. They are not fake and look at freshman as potential friends instead of potential members. I would highly recommend joining this sorority; I wish I did.

Kappa Delta has always been a sorority for wealthy girls who are extremely fake towards Freshman girls. Several times I have seen Freshman rush KD and initiate KD just to pushed to the side by their own "sisters." They are scared to leave and go anywhere else because of the toxic environment that KD fosters. There are a couple good apples in this bunch, but they find their wealthy picture-perfect girls" and ignore everyone else. I hope that future GC freshman see this and realize how awful this sorority truly is to one another and rush somewhere else! Especially when the three other sororities - Sigma Kappa, Phi Mu, and Alpha Gamma Delta - are extremely genuine.

sigmas either have the girls who love being in a sorority or hates it which weakens their sisterhood. overall they’re not bad

Definitely the nicest girls on campus. Very involved. They have the best events on campus and look like they have their crap together

got dressed up for a pike party and there was .. no one there. they need to really step it up in terms of parties / events this year.

Phi Tau recolonized last year and thank goodness - we need another fraternity on campus. They got a lot of townies and seem to have a good little group going. The two founders seem to be really intelligent, fun nice guys. I think they'll do really well participating in rush this spring. All the sororities are excited about them.

phi mu's are smart, extremely kind and have a reputation for being very religious. Not the party gals, but they have a beautiful and wonderful girls.

Some sigmas are cool. Some talk bad about other sisters on social media. I've heard a few complain about their events and having to go to their meetings. why be in a sorority if you're just gonna complain about having to go to all their events? Seems like a mix of really good girls and not so much.

Definitely the most welcoming group of women on campus. They're friends with all the other sororities on campus and even the women not in sororities.

while at first glance this sorority is top tier, they are veryyyy fake and mean to each other and other sororities. seen it firsthand. 10/10 wouldnt recommend
