I was a Phi Mu at Lander and I am still very close to quite a few of my sisters. I am VERY proud of Phi Mu at Lander and anyone who has anything negative to say is jealous. Phi Mu sisters love each other forever.

Gamma is a nice group of girls but I feel like they take anyone and everyone. From what I've heard, they are improving but they certainly aren't at the top.

As the sororities go at Lander, Zeta is by far the best. They all have a great realtionship with each other and are very involved on campus. I have noticed that the girls in Zeta are very friendly to their sisters but also to evryone on campus. Although they have a reputation for partying a lot they don't let it effect their involvement with their philanthropic events or their grades.

Phi Mu tries way too hard to be like a sorority at a big university. They try to be very exclusive, and they play by their own set of rules during recruitment. They don't like each other, and from what I've heard from some of the girls, they're not close with each other at all. They think they're so great because they only mix with ATO. Also have heard they don't do anything with CMN really. Nobody's really a fan of the phi mus... Not even their own sisters

Gamma phi has come a long way in the past year. They're have had a lower tier reputation before but now they are stepping their game up. Their last formal pledge class was awesome! And they've been a lot more active on campus. One thing that's stands out about gamma is their sisterhood. Unlike many sororities, each of these girls has each others back. There is rarely drama between sisters.

ZTA is full of wonderful ladies, coming from a non-ZTA. These ladies love to party, and you'll usually find at least one of them in every bar around greenwood every night. They're fun and everyone loves them. All the frats like mixing with them and they are very friendly to everyone outside of their chapter. Great group of girls, (minus the occasional drunkie that can't handle her alcohol yet continually drinks day in and night)

TKE has been going downhill this past year and it sucks. In 2011/2012 year they had a lot of parties and a pretty good pledge class. This year they kinda gave up. They usually only have like 5 guys show up at campus events. A lot of their brothers have transferred or graduated so they don't have much to go on right now. A lot of people love TKE though. They are really great and fun guys, the most real on campus. With a bit of work they could bring TKE up to the top.

These guys have been getting the most pledges the past few years, making them look more appealing than other frats on campus. They have a big mix of guys, some cool and some weird. They'll take pretty much anybody though. They're fun to mix with and they usually have some pretty good parties. They have a lot of great support from their alumni. Pi Kapp needs to get a new house though since they don't really have anywhere to throw parties.

Can't believe lander actually has one of these. But, TKE has great brotherhood, they have dropped in size a bit, they are not at the bottom by any means, just had a bad fall rush.

Many of the girls in Phi Mu are very fake. I have never heard of anything they do for their philanthropy. Some of the girls I've talked to say that they aren't very close with each other.
