One of the best places to go on campus. Very safe environment, with a lot of amenities to offer as a brotherhood. A place to grow as an individual!

A really fun group of guys to be around. I’ve always felt safe and welcome in their house, regardless of whether I was there for a party on the weekends or during the week. I actually have a crush on one of em. 😏

This chapter has achieved the highest fraternity GPA on campus with a 3.52 since their refounding. Earning the highest GPA out of all Chi Phi Chapters for 3 years in a row is no joke. These guys are hard workers. Their house is one of the nicest on campus. Generally, nicely kept and clean compared to most fraternity houses. They are known to hold themselves to a high standard treating others with respect. They rarely have large parties but when they do it’s a great time.

There is a reason they had to restart the chapter but it seems to be average now. Not the best but also not the worst. If you don’t fit into a particular social group, this is where you go.
