rush

It's more intense than you might think for a school with so many non-Southerners. Since formal rush is second semester, use the first semester to get to know people and don't do anything sketchy. Also, keep your social media accounts PG rated. And recs are always a good idea.

its intense because greek life is, overall, very exclusive. over 60-70% of girls who rushed either dropped during recruitment or got dropped, so just go into it with an open mind and don't be set on anything. You will most likely have at least one option, it just might no be an option that you like, which is why so many people choose to drop before bid day.

Tbh if u wanna b in a top house (kappa, piphi, chio) but you're not totally sure of your chances, just b SURE that you're part of a poppin friend group in the first semester. Since Tulane has 2nd semester rush they've had time to see who they want so if you're part of a group and hot and etc you'll probs get asked back. Also knowing older girls/girls from your hometown doesn't hurt. But most of all, just be your best self!

Which is super sad because obviously if you think you're a special person than you should have the confidence to believe that any sorority that you join is super special and you should work to make it so.. If everyone who quit had the confidence to believe in themselves instead of stupid sites like this which are dominated actually by insecure people who feel a need to convince you they're better than ore groups, than every sority would be super popular. This site and others like it are BS. Don't believe them.
