transfer fraternity rush
by: TransferI'm transferring as a second semester freshman in the spring. Should I go ahead and rush not knowing anyone or should I wait until I'm a sophomore?

I'm in a frat at Tulane, definitely rush. There is no fall freshmen rush. You're at a disadvantage because you obviously couldn't meet people first semester ( a lot of frats give out bids in the fall.) There's a lot of anger on this website, but I have friends in every chapter on campus, they're all good guys.

100% rush! Its basically your last chance and you can drop if you don't like it. You might not get the "top" house just because they usually only like to take freshmen but it will be way better to know people.
Literally if youre not already signed up to rush call and do it ASAP! If you speak to them they'll let you sign up even if the deadline passes (I don't actually know when the deadline is). The school likes to keep transfers happy.

And if it doesn't work out a lot frats give out bids in the fall for sophomores
