how do sororities choose

Looking for total honesty here- How do sororities choose? Are looks the total driver or do involvement, brains and personality matter at all?

all of the above matter. each sorority is looking for different things so just be yourself and you'll find the one that accepts you for who you are!!

i would say this is pretty accurate, but i think
pi phi is looks > personality > GPA/involvement
and
kappa is looks/personality > GPA/involvement

What is the required GPA for most houses? Am I screwed if I have below a 3.0? Like 2.95?

honestly most likely. i know my house automatically cuts anyone with below a 3.0 unless they're a legacy, and i've heard similar things from many of my friends in other houses.

Based on above comments, Looks like Pi Phi and Kappa place little on GPA if you're hot. Have to gave 2.5 to rush. Good Luck🍀

Tulane is the one with the 2.5 requirement because none of our sororities' national will accept those GPAs.

Though it may not be a factor some houses consider heavily, every national sorority has a minimum requirement so you'd have to see what that is per house to find out if you'll qualify.
