In order:
SigEp, KA, SAE, Fiji
Kappa Sig, AEPi
Zeta Psi
ZBT/SigmaChi
DTD
PhiKap

Personally I think SAE should be ranked much lower. The guys are rude and classist and their parties aren't even that fun.
Fiji is definitely one of the best houses. They are SUPER involved and their new pledge class is hot as hell.
ZBT has definitely started to rise. They throw a greta party and have some incredibly hot and nice guys.
DTD isn't doing too bad party wise this year. They've thrown a good couple parties.

I'm still not on the FIJI bandwagon - although they have improved substantially. At this point, SAE is a shell of its former self. I also don't think there really are that many tiers. My rankings:

Tier1:SigEp, KA
Tier2: SAE, Fiji, Kappa Sig, AEPi
Tier3: Zeta Psi/ZBT/SigmaChi/DTD
Tier4:PhiKap

Sig chi tbh has been way more involved and has thrown a bunch more parties this year so I'm not too sure where to put them until they're new pc is decided, they could be with kappa sig and zeta psi or back with ZBT. The rest is pretty undeniable, with the exception of AEPi just because it's really different than any other house (not in a good or bad way).

Top Tier: SAE Sig Ep
Lower Top Tier: KA AEPI
Upper Middle Tier: Kappa Sig FIJI
Middle Tier: Zeta Psi
Upper Bottom Tier: Sig Chi
Bottom Tier: ZBT DTD Phi Kap

Despite KA and AEPI getting great pledge classes last year they are still not fully Top Tier. SAE was on probation and their pledge class took a hit, and they fell below Sig Ep. This semester however, with both SAE and Sig Ep crushing the party game, most girls on campus would agree that they are undoubtedly on top. LOL @ the embarrassing, shameless amount of self- ranking being done by FIJI and shockingly, KA.

Truth:

This isn't a large state university - no way there are six tiers at Tulane. Also, you're either in SAE, a girlfriend of an SAE, or just delusional. They were top tier several year ago but have dropped precipitously. Real rankings:

Top: Sig Ep, KA
Upper Mid: SAE, AEPi, FIJI
Lower Mid: Kappa Sig, Zeta Psi, Sig Chi
Bottom: ZBT, DTD, Phi Kap

im in a top house and i think sig chi and zeta psi are VERY underrated- both have genuinely nice guys that hold great parties. The "top tier frats" are really rude
