do i have a chance of getting a bid as a sophomore
by: Sophomore
I rushed last year and didn't get into any sororities (I've already figured out it was because I was trying wayyyy too hard). I'm thinking of trying to rush again this year, but I don't know if, as a sophomore that was already rejected last year, I could get a bid.
How good/bad are my chances?

it will definitely be harder rushing as a sophomore who was already dropped from some sororities. If you have a lot of friends in other houses that will REALLY push for you then it might be worth it to try again. you also might have an easier time getting into a bottom tier sorority but getting into a top tier will be very very hard. whether or not you want to rush again really just depends what kind of sorority you want to get into! good luck!f

You have a chance as long as you have friends in the sorority you want to rush. Honestly, it's hard to rush as a sophomore because you won't be paying dues for as long and there is a higher chance of sophomores dropping, so sororities can't risk taking a bunch of sophomores.
