FIJI had some solid pledge classes but half the guys are still randoms, so overall they're still middle tier. A few more good rushes and they'll hit the next level. Real rankings:
top: SigEp/KA
upper mid:SAE/KSig/Fiji/AEPi
lower mid: ZetaPsi/Sig Chi/Zbt
bottom: Phi kap/DTD
