aephi and sdt are in their own little category, but i think that aephi is with kappa and phi phi, and sdt is like theta.
agree with this? or do you think it's changing?

I honestly think that Theta and SDT are on a similar level, but it depends on who you ask. A some frats have preferences for Theta over SDT, but others think the opposite. They kinda want different types of girls but have pretty similar things to offer. No offense, but Phi mu is slightly lower in rank cause the go after the same girls Chi O and Theta do, but they get the leftovers. Over all, it's becoming hadder to get a bid to any house. If you want to be Greek at Tulane you better be on top of your game.

in light of recent events, do y'all think kappa is falling? if so, i think that leaves some room for the top 3 ranking to shuffle around - maybe we'll see chi o surpass pi phi in the next few years (because tbh pi phi's PC was lacking this year, and chi o's was awesome)

I know of so many people who joined and dropped/don't like theta this year. Personally, every Theta I've met is awesome, but the fact that they're trying to "change their image" to be more like kappa is totally ridiculous.
