Judging by the pledge classes these are what people commonly believe to be the rankings:
Pi Phi
Kappa
Chi omega
AEPhi
Theta/SDT/Phi Mu
ADPi
Thetas pledge class is lacking this year and phi mus DEFINITELY got hotter than previous years. Pi phi and Kappa killed it as always.

Honestly here is what I and many other believe is the actual ranking
Chi O
Pi Phi
Theta
AEPhi / Kappa
SDT
Phi Mu
ADpi
Kappas pledge class this year has ruined them and their reputation, Pi Phis are fun but uninteresting and fake, Chi O and Theta are making it up to the top with their chiller and more diverse PC's.

i agree, i think theta has surpassed aephi and isn't comparable to sdt at all. chi o is awesome and kappa is getting pretty bad

i think we can all agree that kappa and chi o did very well. pi phi is lacking. doesn't change the fact that they are top three. every few years there may be a scandal. doesn't mean that ranking change all that much. it's bs to say that kappa dropped. kappa/pi phi are top and chi o is slightly behind. nothing has changed.

this is silly because rankings are super affected by what boys think of the houses. It doesn't matter that Kappa was on so pro because they're still hot and party with all the boys:

Kappa and Pi phi
Chi o
Aephi/theta
SDT and phi mu
Adpi
But girls care more about class so the girl rankings put chi o, theta, SDT, and phi mu higher
