Judging by the pledge classes these are what people commonly believe to be the rankings:
Pi Phi
Kappa
Chi omega
AEPhi
Theta/SDT/Phi Mu
ADPi
Thetas pledge class is lacking this year and phi mus DEFINITELY got hotter than previous years. Pi phi and Kappa killed it as always.

NO Kappa killed it and Pi Phis was their worst in years. Kappa and AePhi had the hottest classes and phi mu was actually very solid. Theta for back to back years has been slacking a little but their ranking won't drop.

Pi Phi and Theta have moved down the past couple years and Chi O, SDT, Phi Mu are definitely on the rise. Seems that the gap between the houses is much smaller now.

Honestly, Chi O is probably the top house for this year. Their last two pledge classes have been full of dimes and they're beautiful. Kappa girls might be hot but they're nasty people and they aren't as good looking as Chi O. Also, SDT got a great pledge class (some freaks, but some absolute dimes).

Curious how you did your ranking. Did an SDT turn you down or was it a PiPhi?? Probably both.

Anyone who thinks chi o passed pi phi or that theta and aephi are on the same level is a joke. Also there is no way sdt is at the bottom below adpi or phi mu

agreed almost 100% except chi o actually had a lot of disappointments...and theta got their entire bid list so I'm not sure what you mean about being "glaringly lacking" or chi o getting most of the girls they wanted.

I agree that Pi Phi is the worst it's been in years, Theta is slacking and Phi Mu did better but your rankings look off to me. Based on the past few PCs I'd go with:
Kappa/Chi O
Pi Phi/AePhi/SDT
Theta
Phi Mu
ADPi
