pi phi is known for being hot, partying hard, being "chill" but sisterhood and involvement isn't as important to them, lots of northern girls
chi o is arguably the most well rounded, good reputations and high gpas but also very attractive and know how to party. maybe a little cliquey, lots of southern girls
theta is full of nice, pretty, involved girls who have fun but aren't known for partying. they have one of the stronger sisterhoods
can't go wrong with any of them it just depends on what you find most important
