The all Greek women's GPA is about a 3.4. I know the houses with the top GPAs are Chi o and Phi Mu. I'm not sure what exactly they're looking for GPA wise, but I would think above a 3.0, probably like 3.5 or higher. But don't automatically think a sorority will write you off for your gpa! Good luck!
