Updated frat rankings

Based on how fun the kids are in the frats and how good the parties are (in order):

Top tier: Zeta/SAE/Fiji
Upper Middle Tier: Sig Chi/828
Middle Tier: Sig Ep, ZBT
Lower Middle Tier: Delt, KA (the guys in the frats are fun, but don’t know how to throw)
Bottom Tier: k sig, aephi
