Frat Tiers 2023 (With Honest Justification)

Top Tier (Party the most, mix with the best sororities, hardest to get a bid at):
Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE)
Sigma Chi (Sig Chi)
Zeta Psi (ZP)

Middle Tier (Mix with some sororities, still party hard, give out a lot of bids, lose Mose of their bids/rushes to the frats above):
Phi Gamma Delta (Fiji)
Zeta Beta Tau (ZBT)
Sigma Phi Epsilon (Sig Ep)
Lower Middle Tier (Don't mix with as many sororities, weirder guys, still have parties, easy to get a bid):
Delta Tau Delta (DTD)
Kappa Sigma (KSIG) (when they get a house next year)
Lower Tier (Don't party often, don't have any mixers, have a pulse and you will get a bid):
Kappa Alpha (KA)
Phi Kappa Sigma (Phi Kap)
Bottom Tier (These frats were just made, so they don't have a house, rush, pledging, or social schedule yet):
Phi Delta Theta (Phi Delt)
Alpha Epsilon Pi (AEPI)
Please note that this tier list is subjective and factors such as party culture, sorority mixers, bid competitiveness, and overall popularity were considered when organizing the fraternities into tiers.
