Bid Promising?

So i'm going to be a freshman this fall, and one of my older friends in a certain sorority told me that she'll get me in this spring as long as I keep up a good reputation this fall. I'm not sure what to do in this situation and if I even want to be in her exact one. Please help!

Just be honest. Tell her you appreciate it but you also want to check out all the other sororities to see which one best fits you

honestly, it’s a good thing. no one has the power to get a girl into a sorority but it’s always nice to have allies to advocate for u. just dont commit to the sorority and let them dirty rush you. the only thing is dont make it too obvious or the other sororities will assume ur going there and will lose interest in u
