What are the worst frats at Tulane and why?

Just look at a rankings list if you're talking about bottom frats its widely considered to be Sammy, Aepi, Phi Kap, and Ksig

It’s Aepi, Sammy, SAE, Ksig, phi delt, phi kap, and Beta will start out this fall too

Maybe once all of the current ones graduate the guys in it right now made my friends and I feel very uncomfortable and unsafe
