Pi Phi has such a small member class.

They killed it in rush and all their new members are gorgeous but why so few girls? Will they COB?

It's because pi phi and kappa have really similar bid lists. When a bunch of girls go kappa on pi phis list their MC class is smaller, but I highly doubt that they'll resort to COB since COB is based on chapter quota, not MC quotas

Does anyone have a sense as to who might COB this year? Is this the second year in a row PiPhi did not fill rush quota?

all i know is kappa posted their exec board on it and there was a position for “cob director” or something…why would they elect someone to that if they didn’t have to do anything
