Predicting Spring Frat Rankings

Predicting how the frats will end up in the spring
1. SAE (consistently on top, will stay there)
2. Sig chi (yes they are the freshman frat but they will still stay high and have good parties)
3. Fiji (got in trouble but will stay top 3)
4. ZBT (on the up, came back very strong after they were unsuspended, will continue to throw great parties)
5. Zeta (really falling off a bit but still good, parties are very hit or miss)
6. Delt (still on the up going strong, will soon overtake zeta. crazy how they were bottom tier a few years ago and now their almost top 5)
7. 828 (hot take but SAE will stop doing stuff with them and they'll fall off the map big time)
8. Phi kap (hottest take on the list but with new house and throwing more they could follow in delt's footsteps start to climb)
9. Ksig (no change, they are just there)
10. Phi Delt (nice guys but they're still growing their presence, also house is so far. their time will come soon)
11. KA (hottish take? major falloff. everyone on this site puts them at just above bottom to be nice but tbh i keep forgetting KA exists and its just painful to go)
12. Sammy (they aren't even real but it's just fun to put them on the list, has anyone ever met a sammy?)

I could see Ksig and Phi Delt going the Delt route in 2-3 years in terms of rising. If they get official houses on Broadway and if they get good PCs they’ll rise. Phi Kap is nice but they need to change their reputation which I think they can do, same with KA.

Phi delt has much more potential than ksig though members wise. Idk whose got more money or advantage on a house
Give phi delt a year and ksig 2 to be good would be my prediction while 828 and zeta fall hard
