tulane greek life

I'm going to be a freshman at Tulane next year (omg!!!) and I have a couple of questions about sororities??
1) how do you join the top tier sororities? (do you have to know the girls? do you have to be a legacy?)
2) which sororities mix with which frats? (I've heard KA and Sig Ep are all hot and that Fiji is cool?)
3) what's Tulane Greek life like generally?

the top three sororities are: kappa, pi phi, chi o
the top three frats here are: ka, sae, sig ep
They all mix with each other, but can be matched up pretty easily:
KA & Chi O, SAE & KKG, Sig Ep & Pi Phi
the higher up the tier you go, the harder it is to get in, but all houses are increasingly selective (except maybe adpi because they're new) but no matter where you are on the tier, Tulane's Greek life is amazing and fun and 100% worthwhile!
