Based on who mixes with who, overall desirablility, name rep, and social involvement. With frats upper and big 3 and a lot more interchangable nowadays some may argue sigchi snd sigep down and push zeta and fiji.

Theta may be a bit better than Chi O. Big 4 is Kappa/ Pi Phi, then Chi O /Theta. Big drop then to AEPhi which is an upper mid house.
