Pref Night Questions

Is it possible to get get NO BID if you are lucky enough to go to two sororities on Pref Night? Should strategy be to rank the “easier on” to get into higher?? Also it will be SO cold next two days…can we take off coats upon entering houses or do we really have to dress like it’s 40 degrees?

Rank the house you really want the highest! If you are high enough on their list, you will get in. If you pref two houses you are guaranteed to get into one of them. If you don’t get your first choice you can always drop after bid day.

if you attend two houses on pref, the only way you don’t get a bid is if you “suicide” and only list one house. And ranking your favorite house first gives you a better chance of ending up there…

OK, so let’s say you get asked back to just one house on pref night...what are the chances of getting a bid, would you guess? Do any houses do snap bids or continuous open bidding if the don’t fill up???

As long as you have ranked all your houses and attended everything you have been invited to, you are guaranteed a bid on pref
