Need the Truth: Srat Connections

I know most sororities will not count legacy status (which would’ve helped me). Dilemma: I don’t know any members yet because no Tulanians are from my hometown or county! Am I doomed? A lot of my new friends are from areas connected to tons of people at Tulane (in sororities) already!

prior connections really are not that important!!!! they could help bc you’d have someone advocating for you but it’s not that big of a deal. just go in with an open mind, be yourself, and find where you really fit in. you’ll do great

i will say I didn’t know anyone going into recruitment and I feel like it hurt me but I ended up happy so just try and trust the process and go in w an open mind
