Making friends in sororities
by: RushingI really haven’t found my friend group first semester and was hoping to find one through a sorority, is this possible? I generally am a social person but struggled to come out of my shell first semester and am worried that my lack of “connections” will hurt me in rush. I also feel like everyone’s set into their groups and don’t want to budge in.

If you're willing to get to know the girls it's a great option. I had some friend ups and downs my first semester and after joining my sorority I met some of my best friends, two of whom I live with right now. it's a great way to network and find girls who are similar yet different. good luck finding your people! xo

i didn’t make any real solid connections with people i really loved first sem freshman year and i felt rly lonely and missed my high school friends but after joining my sorority i totally found my people and even the people I’m not close with are always there for me. it can be a really great experience
