Do spring scholars get frat bids?

I was in Rome last semester and want to rush. Do I have a chance at getting a bid?

If you do not know anyone around campus you’re gonna end up in sig chi or one of the lower tier frats. If you want to go somewhere higher tier just show up to parties with girls and they will take note of you.
