is sig ep actually a top frat?

according to greek rank sig ep seems to be a top frat but i’ve never really heard of them throwing parties and don’t really know who is in their pc’s. also arent half of them loyola students. i’m starting to think they have a propaganda chair pumping out posts

They’re a good frat but the amount they post on here is embarrassing. They have good upperclassmen but last years pc was just average. They’re also off campus so they have no philanthropy or involvement in anything

They’re top 3 or 4 but they all have god complexes and think they run tulane which is pretty off putting

At this point everyone knows ZP is the only relevant frat. Sigeps don’t even do philanthropy.

Let’s just say they’re the top off campus house, they were top here before they got kicked off and I’m not sure how they’ve kept going. They’re not bad persay like 828 but they’re just a drinking club it’s not recognized by the school

I’ve heard they’re doing well recruiting freshman but i can really only speak on my grades pc, they’re definitely chill good looking guys. Not even sure this school has a “top frat”

Sig Ep is an underground frat but is still so easily the top frat with by far the hottest, coolest guys and best parties. Ask any girl at Tulane and they’ll tell you. Every girl loves them and kappas are obsessed with them. You have to be personally invited to their parties because they’re really exclusive. No other frat even compares.
