As a PNM this is actually pretty fair, this is how I saw the houses. Pi Phi dropped me, but I really liked them and definitely saw why they were wanted as a sorority. Chi O and Theta were so pretty it was intimidating until they made me laugh on Zoom. Kappa and Aephi had similar energies just like the actives I met. SDT and Tri Delt also had really similar energies and seemed to really love their sisterhood. I'd put Phi mu with them too. Adpi didn't really impress me.
