Honestly no and sometimes it can make you get cut earlier because if they keep you around too long they have to put you on the bid list (depending on the house) and so you if you want a house where you’re a legacy you should put in extra effort to make a good impression and connect with the girls you talk to on Day 1. But that’s really all it’s about anyways (connecting w the girls I mean). Don’t worry about it too much and just try to get a feel for where you feel comfortable and don’t take anything personally bc 99% of the time it’s not.

To my knowledge, Theta dropped their legacy policy last year and I don't think DDD had one to begin with (fact check? Not in it so IDK). KKG, Phi, and Pi Phi usually take girls whose older sisters were in the Tulane chapter before them, but not necessarily legacies from other schools. Chi O pretty big on legacy, I think there is a seior who had a sister and brother? in Chi O, Not sure about SDT/PM/ADPi.

Also most sororities on a national level have made changes to their policies to make recruitment more fair/equitable, which means less emphasis on legacies. Just FYI
