Differences and what do these houses want in potential new members?

Pi phi over kappa because they are smarter, and have a more well-rounded reputation, kappas are kinda labeled as “mean girls” and have a mixed reputation, you either love them or hate them
I’d say chi o and theta are pretty equal. Theta has more fun and edgy girls, give an LA vibes. Chi O has more of a classic sorority vibe and give more southern vibes
