Is Rush in fall or winter at Tulane? If fall, has it already ended?

Winter, week before spring semester starts. A few sororities do continuous open bidding in the fall and spring, but that would only be if you were not a first semester freshman. Panhellenic will have a sign up thing on their website and you need to register before hand.
