Rushing as a sophomore transfer

Hi! If I were to transfer to Tulane next spring (I’d be a sophomore), what would rushing be like? Would I have a shot at ALL the sororities? I don’t care about “top” and stuff, I just want to know if they’d be willing to take me if that seemed like the right fit..? Also I wasn’t in a sorority before, so that wouldn’t be an issue with me rushing. Any reply would be appreciated!

Only if you’re attractive. If not Theta, Chi O, again only if you’re attractive. Not attractive? Definitely Phi Mu or AEphi.

Why do you say this? Have kappa and phi phi (the supposed “top,” but I dont care like I said) never taken sophomores?

Yeah, a few sophomores rush every year and almost all get in somewhere!

I was a transfer and rushed theta but I dropped after like a Semester because we barely had any formals and all the girls were fake and not fun

I think even kappa and phi phi take at least one sophomore each semester. Not sure if they’re transfers or friends of girls already in the chapter though

a number of sororities, if not all of them, take sophomore transfers!! i know a lot of transfers who rushed and got in
