PNMs Withdrawing

It seems like way more PNMs withdrew than other years.. did zoom mess things up and will there be COB for top houses?

less than 70 pnms (out of a starting ~770) had withdrawn by the end of pref but its possible that there were more that didn't accept their bids. COB will most likely happen as usual. i cant speak to any house other than my own, but rumor is top houses do COB but are just hush-hush about it

People always drop out of the bottom two houses because they read this site lol. But that was definitely true for DDD and ADPi this year and I’m sure virtual Zoom didn’t help either.
