If you're talking about theta, the term came specifically bc a lot of the girl were on the equestrian team. Usually it's used as a foil to the alt theta girl and refers to the girls in theta who are type A, really into school, kinda innocent, maybe a liiiitle quirky. But it's def not a bad thing imo

also PM - a handful of the girls who grew up in the South, grew up riding horses and thus were labeled "horse girls" 0 same with the theta description above. People use it as an insult on this website but it's not really bad and shouldnt be an insult.
