Big drop on philanthropy
by: PpThoughts on theta chi o and phi mu? They were the only houses I got invited back to on philanthropy. Who is the highest ranked? Who is the nicest?

Just the straight up facts.
Chi O and Theta are lower top houses and made up of pretty, smart, social, and well rounded ladies. Chi O tends to be more conservative and southern and Theta more liberal and edgy. Both great houses and respected on campus for working hard/playing hard. It is rumored that Chi O gets the gorgeous girls dropped from Kappa and Theta gets the east coast girls dropped from Pi Phi, but a lot of PNMs actually choose these lower top houses because they offer more than just a top tier mentality.
Phi Mu is a great house and while tier doesn’t matter, they are just heading towards lower middle tier with lots of competition from other rising houses. They have had greater success the past few years as more PNMs decide to join lower houses rather then just drop out of rush. Phi Mu does attract cheer and dance girls (so does Chi O and Theta) because Kappa and Pi Phi do not seem interested in those types. Known as the house to go if dropped by Chi O and Theta, but also a lot less drama and strong sisterhood bonds.

Phi mu has been a mid tier the past few years and have had girls pref them over kappa in the past...last years pc wasn’t that great but they are solid mid tier. Agree with what you said about chi o and theta

Chi O actually has a fair amount of problems with its sisterhood. They just keep it on the down low and deal with it in a hush hush way as is the southern way.

You’ll mix more with Theta and Chi O. You’ll have a stronger sisterhood with Phi Mu. If you care about this kind of stuff Theta and Chi O are 90% pretty girls, 10% random. Phi Mu is probably closer to 75% pretty and 25% random, although it used to be 50/50 until the recent few PCs.
