philanthropy is a rough day for first cuts! recruitment can be really hard and not enough people tell you that before you go in. while we try to make the system as fair as it can be, there are also so many things that go into it that are not a reflection of you as a person. you are more than a five minute conversation you had with a few girls! sending love to everyone feeling not their best today

The releases can be super tough, but please don't let them have any impact on your self worth, it's really important to remember what they said, a five minute conversation (especially with only a few people, and factoring in a long day, tech issues, and everything else going on in the world) is probably not the best reflection of how great you really are. You will end up where you belong, so just keep your chin up and try to make the best of the houses you have left. I'm sure that you're an amazing individual, and it's unfortunate that not all houses get to know more of you, but I'm sure the houses that you're left with will totally adore you!
