I’ll give reasons why
Pi phi: the top house at tulane. Classy, cool, fun, popular, pretty, nice, smart. Overall most well rounded house and def the most desired during recruitment
Kappa: also top but not rlly well rounded like pi phi. Pretty and fun but known to be rude to everyone other than each other (and even that’s debatable) but these girls are wealthy and attractive and def social
Chi o: almost at top but not quite there yet, maybe with this pc they will be. Super sweet, cool, fun, girls: just not at kappa pi phi level yet
Theta: mixed bag. A lot of them are really cool and edgy and give like -alt- vibes but then some are horse girls. It’s weird but honestly really cool bc they all seem close. Fun smart pretty girls
Aephi: aephi thinks they’re a lot better than they are but they’re a really good house. Cool girls who def know how to party. Rich. Jappy
Sdt: I think sdt is a considerable drop from aephi but there’s no house in between them. These are the rlly campy japs who all knew eachother in hs. Nice girls
Phi mu: super nice girls and super involved in school. Have a great sisterhood
Tri delt: they’re brand new but def coming up! They got a solid pc and seem to keep doing well just are too new to have a solid opinion.
Adpi: super random group of girls but some are cool just as in every sorority
