Pi phi vs kappa

Honestly nobody really knows which is the top house but here’s how I see it. Kappa= top in the eyes of kappas and frat guys. Pi phi= top in the eyes of everybody else. Both party, both are attractive, but kappa focuses more on appearance and status, pi phi focuses more on the person overall

There’s a reason why everyone puts them on the same level- neither is better. They both have pros and cons. So they’re tied for first.

Pi phis: every single one I’ve met is super sweet
