Sig ep. they have the most exclusive parties, always fun af, hottest frat overall, older girls love them. The only one that could compete is SAE. Don’t know that many die hard SAE people though but so many sig ep groupies are out there.

Sig ep is definitely good, but their juniors and seniors are by far their best class. Once they got kicked off campus (2 years ago) their frat went on the total decline. I definitely consider myself a sig ep groupie but im closest with the juniors and seniors. freshman and sophomore pc's are kinda eh.

SAE is definitely second behind sig ep but all that will be left of sig ep is their junior class come fall 2020. SAE will be top house next year and probably sig chi as a close second.

Fiji and Zeta are definitely tied for third

- Phi Kap
- Ksig (depending on the person)
