For kappa sig it will be easy. They will be all over will be like Tri delt last fall. All you will have to do is sign up

It is not that hard, even at top frats. Don't be weird or creepy (to girls who hang around their frat OR brothers you want to meet) and make friends. The worst thing you can do is ask upfront about a bid. SAE, KA, and ZetaPsi look for certain types of guys, but just relax, make friends and have fun. All frats blacklist guys so be aware of that
