Sig Ep Popular?

I'm a freshman girl and I've ltierally never heard of Sig Ep until I went on this site. How are they top if freshmen arent told of them and they don't throw parties so we know to go there?

They do exist and have parties but their hype on this website is inflated. We all go to Tulane and see that they aren’t what they used to be. Not saying they are bad guys or weird but they just aren’t a top frat anymore.

More popular with older students. Not really a frat that many first years go to, unless in pi phi/kappa. The majority of ppl who love sigep are usually upperclassmen.

Freshman usually don’t know about sig ep parties bc they only tell certain girls about them .. if you are a freshman and want to go to sig ep you usually have to know older girls that will bring you there. Their parties are small and exclusive
