kappa/ pi phi bids

Kappa and pi phi are mostly about connections (kappa more so than pi phi). In other words, they like to take girls that are well known from New York or LA by the older girls in the chapter. They also rush big friend groups from the same area that they have known before Tulane or have mutual friends.

But seriously, why? They are not the most beautiful, wildest, wealthiest, most diverse, smartest, or most involved on campus so I just don’t get the obsession.

Pi phi is gonna be tough. some girls that look out of place usually slip through the cracks though. Kappa is gonna be a lot easier. Their pledge class last year was SO different from other years. It is still hard, but more like a bid from chi o or theta as of last year.

The past few years they didn’t get enough girls wanting Pi phi after pref aka they released too many
