Still think Chi O and Theta are lower top with gorgeous girls who mix with dope frats and best grades on campus. Crap they run Panhellenic, TEMS, UGA, and hold most leadership roles on campus.
If this were an SEC school, they would be top. Kappa and Pi Phi are hot and fun but not that involved and lowest grades on campus. Yeah it’s Tulane, but a top sorority should be more than just partying.

No one has a “place.” Ranks are constantly changing and the stereotype of a sorority can change drastically after one or two recruitment cycles. Pi phi was middle tier a few years ago and has now the top of the top.
