who would you keep around?

Let's say you've been cut from the big four. Which less popular sororities are still worth considering/not being disappointed if you end up with them and why?

I'd stay in it for Phi Mu and SDT.

Phi Mu is very well-respected. TBS said it best with that Thanksgiving post: they are nobody's favorite, but everyone likes them.

SDT has a great sisterhood and honestly mixes with some pretty good frats. They just had a senior spa day which is objectively awesome.

I don't know enough about DDD, ADPi has some great girls it just kinda does its own thing though, and AEPhi is just...AEPhi.

I'd say phi mu as well. They recruited so well this last pc that they're risen a lot in the ranks. DDD would also be a good one because they don't really have any foundation so you can kind of make it what you want

To be honest I’d only consider AEPhi, SDT and Tri Delt. Phi Mu and ADPi are all over this site but we all know the truth.

If you’re into Kappa and Pi Phi - stay with AEPhi

If you’re into Chi O/Theta - Phi Mu and SDT

DDD and ADPi are wild cards

Definitely sdt, maybe phi mu, maybe tri delt. Sdt is a solid group of nice girls, same with phi mu except more boring lol. Tri delt still has a lot of room to grow, so it’s kind of a mixed bag- could turn out great or not so great but that will depend on the pc.
If you wanna go aephi go for it but be aware that you will be disliked by other people on campus.

I don't know anyone who dislikes people on campus for being in a certain sorority. That legit does not happen, at least outwardly. Everyone has friends in multiple sororities, and can proudly wear apparel on campus from any sorority. No one gets shat on for wearing an adpi sweatshirt, and if you're gonna make fun of someone for that, then you are just mean. No one dislikes a girl in aephi just for being in aephi. No one dislikes a girl in kappa for the sole reason that they're in kappa. that just does not happen here on campus so please stop trying to scare freshmen that they will be disliked if they don't go theta or pi phi or whatever

Honestly... SDT and DDD. I want a nice greek life experience and I feel like Phi Mu tries to make themselves higher up but they don't look like they do much. DDD will be new, so we can grow from now, and SDT has super nice girls and KILLED greek groove

No, I’m a freshman. I know a few DDDs and SDTs who are all great— that’s why they’re my preferred ones. I used we in the context of the sorority being new and we as a new PC would improve. Stop being mean

I’d get a group of friends and go Tri delt. It will be whatever you want it to be. One great pledge class is all they need to vault over everyone - be nice to have a fresh sorority on campus without a reputation!
